What we collect
When you submit a consultation request, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, general location, approximate home value and mortgage balance ranges, the types and approximate amount of debt you'd like to consolidate, and any message you include.
How we use it
Your information is used to contact you about your request and to discuss potential mortgage financing options. With your further consent, information may be shared with lenders and service providers (such as appraisers or lawyers) to arrange financing you choose to pursue.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. Submitting the form does not trigger a credit check.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored with a secure, access-controlled service provider. Information is retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and regulatory obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent to be contacted, at any time by emailing MROBEL@MESHESHAGROUP.COM or texting 647-342-1355.
Applicable law
We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario requirements.
